The Hobby Zone is an official anime merchandise store located in Chile. We ship throughout Chile and across the Americas. Below, we explain how our shipping works:

Order processing
All orders are processed within a maximum of 3 business days from payment confirmation.

If you make your purchase during a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.

Shipping within Chile
We ship throughout Chile via Starken, and we also use Paket as a private delivery service. If you prefer another shipping company available in the country, please contact us to arrange it.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the courier, but it usually takes between 1 and 5 additional business days , depending on the destination. For remote areas, such as Punta Arenas, the delivery time could be longer.

All shipments include a tracking number , which you will receive by email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
We also ship internationally to countries within the American continent.

The processing time is the same: up to 3 business days .
The estimated delivery time is 20 to 30 business days , depending on the destination country.

All orders include a tracking number.

At the moment, we do not ship outside of America.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase, based on the destination and order characteristics.

You will be able to see the exact price before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping information
